Very happy that my profession is celebrating 15 years and that I’m celebrating 7 years. Thanks to the Law Society of Ontario for allowing paralegals to be part of the legal profession and congratulations to my colleagues. A big thank you to my clients for allowing me to serve them. The paralegal scope continues to evolve. Currently, we represent the public in matters before the Provincial Offences Court, the Small Claims Court, and many Tribunals, Boards and Agencies. Soon the scope of paralegals will expand to include Family Law.
